Michael B. Ziegler is of Counsel to Todd Welty, P.C.  He focuses his practice on U.S. tax litigation matters. He represents individuals and business entities with disputes before the Internal Revenue Service. His practice includes representation at all stages of tax controversy including examination, appeals, and litigation.

Prior to beginning tax litigation, Mike worked as an associate at an accounting firm in Omaha, Nebraska, where he focused his practice on technical tax research, individual and entity tax return planning and preparation, and federal and state tax controversy. 

Mike earned his bachelor’s degrees in English and History from the University of Nebraska. While pursuing his law degree at the Creighton University School of Law, he also earned a Master of Business Administration from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business. He earned his LL.M. from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
