Gray Proctor is Counsel to Todd Welty, P.C.

Gray’s practice is focused on appellate litigation and trial support.  He is board-certified as an appellate expert by the Florida bar.  

Gray graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.  He served as a law clerk for federal judges in the Southern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals before entering private practice.
